The free initial consultation is intended for you to meet the counselor and ask questions before scheduling your first appointment. It gives you the opportunity to decide that you feel comfortable moving forward to schedule an appointment. The call or video consultation is approximately 15 minutes in length. This is not a mini counseling session, nor is it a hard sell session. It is a friendly, getting to know each other chat. There is no charge for either.
